all urgent needs jobs here: See Urgent Needs Jobs Explore remote jobs here: See Remote Jobs That’s all for this week. Keep Totally — landed my last remote CAD spot by applying within an hour and attaching a 1-page mini-portfolio (3Shape/Exocad case snaps + typical turnaround times); if it’s tagged urgent, I call the lab and offer a 24-hr paid test, but I skip shops that won’t do a brief paid trial. Anyone else had success including a quick before/after of a monolithic zirconia full-arch to stand out?

I’ve run into this too — one small tweak that paid off was writing the expected outcome before touching the settings.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌

Seconding the “apply promptly” — I only got quick callbacks when I applied within 6 hours and listed specific Exocad/3Shape cases by count. @derekC1992 one tweak that helps: attach a single before/after zirconia case with milling setup and turnaround time in the email; it beats a plain resume. Small caveat on those “verified remote” roles: a lot still want 1–2 onsite days monthly, so ask early.

Quick example: I started getting same-day callbacks when I included a 60-sec Loom of a 4-unit zirconia bridge in Exocad with occlusion checks plus my MillBox nesting, which helped hiring managers act on the “apply promptly” window. Small caveat: some labs block links, so I paste one anonymized screenshot in the email too.
