Which machines deliver the best precision and reliability?
For “precision and reliability,” my lab’s been happiest with the vhf R5 and Roland DWX-53DC; the R5’s dry milling and tool changer have been rock solid, but dealer support matters more than the spec sheet. Ask the reseller to mill a simple calibration disc and measure pin fit — a test drive for mills. Are you mostly zirconia or mixing in PMMA/titanium?
