Enhancing Workflow in the Lab

I’ve been analyzing the efficiency of our processes, particularly in the aligner production section, and I see potential for improvement. We recently started using a digital tracking tool that updates in real time, which has already reduced our turnaround times by about 15%. I’m curious if anyone has tried similar tools or strategies that have made a significant impact in their labs.

I agree on the importance of low radiation doses! I’ve also found that using the right field of view can make a big difference in quality. What do you think about using various settings for different patients?

I’ve found that integrating CAD software increased our accuracy and speed. The digital tracking tool sounds promising! Have you noticed any changes in quality too?
