Have you ever gotten an unusual or funny request for a dental appliance?
Had a request for a retainer that ‘glows in the dark and smells like bubblegum’ — like ordering a pizza with extra sparkle. Now I send a quick swatch pic with approved pigments/glitter and note ‘no scents or embedded items’ on the Rx so expectations are clear. Do you allow logos or keep it pigments-only?
