Integrating 3D Printing in Crown Production

I’ve been exploring how to streamline our crown production process with 3D printing, and the results have been promising. I recently implemented a workflow where we design in our CAD software, export STL files, and print directly, reducing turnaround time significantly. Has anyone else made this leap yet, and what challenges did you face during integration?

It’s great to hear about your success with 3D printing! I found that ensuring proper calibration of the printer can make a huge difference in accuracy — kind of like making sure your oven’s at the right temperature when baking. Have you considered adjusting your design workflow based on what you learn from the prints?

That’s impressive! I faced issues with layer adhesion initially. What printer model are you using?
