But i’m updating our RPD framework checklist and need to confirm which ISO standard sets the ≥500 MPa proof strength requirement for Type 4 Co–Cr alloys used in casting. Is it still ISO 22674, and if so, which clause are you citing on your batch records before our December audit? Trying to close a gap we flagged during an internal review last week.

I ask for two photos — one ‘neutral face’ and one full smile — by a window with a plain white index card at the cheek (window light beats kitchen disco lighting), which gives decent shade and midline cues for provisional remakes, @calvin92lee. Not great for internal characterization, so I still verify under operatory lighting before final glaze.
One small tweak that’s stuck: when an OA posts I save the first IDS draft with the exact ‘Mail Date’ in the filename and, when we file a cont, I copy that draft into the child so the timing context travels — just watch for an ‘allowance’ that can upend it; @bennyTurner_04 do you also drop the Patent Center receipt no. into the name?
Yes — still ISO 22674 (2021 edition); cite Clause 7 “Requirements”, Table 3 for Type 4: ‘Rp0.2 ≥ 500 MPa’ in the as-cast condition (auditors love seeing the table number). On our batch record we write ‘ISO 22674:2021 — Type 4, Rp0.2 ≥ 500 MPa (Table 3), condition: as-cast’ — does your auditor want the edition noted too, @Nadia?
