We’re 18–24 months no lift on MAX 385 cases — have you tried that sequence?
, MDP/HEMA on Trilor kept creeping for us; what finally stuck was swapping to Visio.link on the frame after a hotter blast (110 µm Al2O3 at about 2.5 bar, 8–10 s, about 10 mm), then a thin Crea.lign opaquer before printing Flexcera and extending the glycerin post-cure on the MAX 385 to 30 min. We’re 18–22 months chairside with OnX Tough 2 on that stack. Caveat: keep the blast short or you’ll fuzz the fibers — if you’d rather avoid that, do you have access to Rocatec like @kevin_ross55 instead?
One change that stopped our interface creep was a quick dry-heat on the Trilor before priming: 120°C for about 10 minutes, then immediate steam clean and hot-air dry, and go straight to the adhesive. Do your ‘20 min glycerin post-cure’ not just at the end — paint glycerin over the primer/opaquer and flash so the OIL doesn’t sit there.
